Rule 65
Promotion Committee According to sub-section (3) of Section 25 of the
Act, for promotion to the post of assistant level of service, there will be promotion committees for the following offices as follows:-
(a) For Ministries and Departments (a) Member of the Public Service Commission or an officer designated by the Public Service Commission - Chairman
(b) Officer designated by the Secretary of the Ministry or equivalent officer - Member (e) Officer designated by the head of the administration branch of the concerned body or the head of the department – Member
(b) for Regional Directorates of Health Services and District Health Offices
(a) Member of the Public Service Commission or an officer designated by the Public Service Commission – Chairman
(b) concerned Chief District Officer or the officer designated by him – member
(e) Head of concerned body – Member
